- Log in to your administration panel, open the Catalog tab and click on the Products link.
- Click on the link of the desired product.
- Open the Addons tab.
- Select the Returnable option under the RMA section.
- Enter the desired number of days for which a customer will be able to return a product into the Return period (days) input field.
- Click on the Save button.
NOTE: A customer will be able to send a return request on the order details page by clicking on the Registration of the return link.
NOTE
: A customer will be able to send a return request only if his order has a status for which the
Allow return registration
option is enabled on the
Order statuses
page in the administration panel.
