The administrator cannot log in to the panel

Most probably the User e-mail is used as login setting was enabled on the Settings page in the administration panel.

1. Use the e-mail address entered during installation as the e-mail required for logging in and the password that you used before.
2. If you are still unable to access the panel, submit a ticket to our support desk.
