No shipping options displayed

If the following message:

Unfortunately no shipping options are available for your location. Please contact us and we will see about delivering to you.

is displayed in the Select shipping method section on the Checkout page:

  1. Check the localization settings in your store:
    1. Log in to your administration panel.
    2. Open the Shipping/taxes tab and click on the Localizations link.
    3. If a localization is set up on the Localizations page check the following:
      1. Click on the edit link of the localization, open the Items tab on the page and check whether the country selected in the Shipping section on the Checkout page in the storefront is included in this localization.
      2. Click on the Locations link under the Shipping/taxes tab, click on the edit link of the desired location. Check whether the address selected in the Shipping section on the Checkout page in the storefront is included in the location and the localization is selected in the Localizations select box on the location details page.
      3. Click on the Shipping methods link under the Shipping/taxes tab, click on the edit link of the desired shipping method. Check whether the localization is selected in the Localizations select box on the details page of the shipping method.
  2. If you set up a manual shipping method follow this article.
  3. If you set up a realtime shipping method follow this article.
  4. If the Suppliers functionality is enabled in your eShop, check whether it is set up properly by using the instructions in this article.

If the Select shipping method section is not displayed on the Checkout page at all:

  1. Check whether the Disable shipping option is disabled:
    1. Log in to your administration panel.
    2. Open the Administration tab and click on the Settings link.
    3. Click on the Shipping settings link on the right.
    4. Check whether the Disable shipping option is disabled on the Shipping settings page.
  2. Check whether the Free shipping option is disabled for the products you are trying to order:
    1. Log in to your administration panel.
    2. Open the Catalog tab and click on the Products link.
    3. Find the necessary product and click on its link.
    4. Check whether the Free shipping option is disabled for the product.
